Shipping Fees & Insurance

The post office continues to increase their rates year after year.  We have kept our shipping rates as low as we can in order to ship most all of our orders by United States Priority Mail. 

For those of your ordering wholesale:  medium flat rates boxes are now $10.95 & large flat rate boxes are $14.95.

Please be aware that we always try and ship Priority Mail.  In rare cases, extremely heavy orders, that cost us more than the highest shipping fee above could be shipped by Parcel Post, UPS ground or some other carrier to avoid billing you additional shipping fees. On the flip-side, orders weighing less than 14oz, could be shipped by First Class Mail.  * If you need a faster service, please send us an email and we will invoice you the difference in shipping costs.

Insurance is optional.  If you would like to purchase insurance ($2.40) for your order, please let us know as our payment checkout system does NOT automatically add this to your order.  If you receive your box and item(s) were damaged, during shipping, by the United States Postal Service - this is NOT our fault and you will not be refunded, by Southern Crafter, for the damaged item(s).  You will need to contact the United States Post Office directly.  If you purchased insurance on your order, please contact our office and we will work with you (as mediator with the post office) to get a full credit for your item and/or replace the item.
